DACA is the defense and aerospace company of Case Industry Group. It designs, develops and manufactures power transmission systems and critical mechanical components for land, air and naval platforms. DACA combines the engineering know-how our group has built in heavy-duty power transmission with the testing, traceability and documentation discipline that defense programs require.

What we work on

• Land vehicles: Transfer case, intermediate gearbox and PTO solutions for tactical wheeled vehicles. Our transfer case project for 4x4 armored vehicles is one example of our work in this field.
• Aviation: Power transmission assemblies and gear systems that call for high precision and low weight.
• Naval platforms: Reducer and gearbox solutions for auxiliary power and propulsion systems.
• Critical components: High-strength mechanical parts built to customer drawings.

How we work

Every program starts by defining the requirements together with our customer. Concept design, strength and life calculations, prototyping, testing and qualification are carried out within a single team. Every stage from design to series production is recorded in a traceable way on our product lifecycle management infrastructure.
